Junior Chef / Chef De Partie position available for a cafe-style restaurant in Boksburg.

Responsibilities

  • Main focus will be food preparation and food service.
  • Experience in grilling is essential.
  • Knowledge of stock and quality control is required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years relevant chef experience.
  • Formal cooking / culinary arts qualification.
  • Good understanding of food with solid all-round cooking skills.
  • Hard working, well spoken with a positive attitude.
  • Only serious, ambitious candidates who are eager to learn will be considered.
