Job DescriptionPersonal Injury Case Manager responsible for handling a high volume personal injury case load from start to finish, including the preparation of legal documents, FOIA requests, client interaction on the phone, via email, and in person, providing a high level of customer service to clients, preparing demand packages, being the main point of contact between the insurance company, attorney, and client, resolving liens and bills with medical providers, and other miscellaneous projects.Expectations: responsive, organized, and adaptable to U.S. legal workflows.ResponsibilitiesPreparing legal documents that are sent to insurance companies and opposing counsel.Providing customer service on the phone, in person, via email, and through other means.Returning phone calls and voicemails within 24‐hour turnaround period.Returning emails in a timely manner.Scanning, uploading, and adding mail to the Case Management Database.Maintaining files in a neat and organized manner.Preparing ...
