Tasks
Participate in the purchasing process for raw materials, technical components, and specialized equipment. Prepare requests for quotes, analyze bids, and support purchasing decisions. Negotiate prices, delivery times, and supplier terms under supervision. Issue purchase orders (PO) and ensure follow-up until materials are received. Follow up on order confirmations and resolve issues related to quantity, price, and delivery times. Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment between production needs and supply availability. Participate in inventory management by working with the warehouse team to ensure stock management. Handle non-conformities related to product quality and logistical services.
