Junior Business Development Associate (Start ASAP)

Support client relationships and identify new business opportunities for Igloo’s digital insurance solutions in Southeast Asia.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support Partner Relationships: Act as a supporting point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in Business Growth: Help identify upselling or expansion opportunities with current partners.
• Market Research: Conduct research to build a pipeline of potential partners in sectors like e-commerce and lifestyle protection.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Sales Support: Assist senior managers in preparing presentations and structuring agreements for prospective clients.
• Data & Reporting: Track KPIs and prepare regular updates for Senior Commercial Managers on partnership growth and market trends.
