Junior Business Analyst

Pay Rate: $55-$60 depending on experience.

12-month contract.

Must Haves:

• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating product integration projects as a business process subject matter expert.
• Proven experience in business process design and implementation.

Skills:

• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process design, and implementation to support project lifecycles and ongoing business operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
