Job Description
We are seeking a structured, analytical Junior Business Analyst to deliver a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for projects with diverse business and technological needs. In this role, you will take hands-on ownership of the requirements gathering lifecycle, translating user requirements into detailed specifications that drive cost-effective technology solutions. Operating within a collaborative team, you will engage stakeholders, perform detailed process mapping, and develop performance measures to evaluate the success of implemented business processes.
Location: Thunder Bay, ON (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite at 777 Memorial Ave, subject to hiring manager's discretion)
Duration: 12-month contract
Public Sector Experience: Preferred
