Junior Business Analyst

Sao Paulo/ Warsaw/Malaga Locations,

Perm for Spain and Sao Paulo (Base $45K + $1K Bonus ), Contract for Poland:200 Euros/day, Years of exp: 5+ Key responsibilities:

· Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation.

· Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability.

· Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.

· Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

· Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional-level English.

· Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
