Junior Business Analyst / Contract Writing System Administrator (TS/SCI Eligibility)

RedSky is seeking an expert Business Analyst and system administration support for the implementation, enhancement, and sustainment of the Enterprise Contract Writing Management (ECWM) system, Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2), Standard Procurement System (SPS), or comparable federal contract-writing platforms. This position encompasses requirements gathering, business process mapping, system configuration coordination, testing oversight, end-user engagement, and data analytics support to inform operational and leadership decisions.
