Junior Automation Developer

The Role
Design, develop, test, and deploy low-code automation solutions using one or more automation platforms (eg Power Platform, UiPath).
Build and support desktop (UI) automations and workflow automations, depending on project needs.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable automation workflows.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations to increase reliability, performance, and user experience.
Document solutions (process maps, technical notes, user guides) and follow team standards and governance practices.
Continuously learn and apply best practices in automation development, quality, and process optimization.
Qualifications
The Requirements
Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or similar fields.
