Job Description

For the expansion of our lab team, argenx is looking for a Junior Associate, Lab Operations.

This position requires a daily on-site presence in the office/labs in Zwijnaarde (Ghent, Belgium).

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities


In close collaboration with your team members and laboratory supervisors, you will provide crucial support to lab operations by:

  • Coordinate ULT-team activities: meetings, supplier liaison, inventory management, and portal updates.
  • Support ULT emergency operations through training, job aid maintenance, and alarm back-up.
  • Co-manage Rmoni monitoring system: daily alarm checks, troubleshooting, sensor organization, and budget forecasting.
