Junior Associate, Delivery Enablement

Job Overview  

The Junior Associate, Delivery Enablement, Talent Acquisition Operations role is responsible for collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient interview scheduling process, aiming to provide an excellent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proactive and dedicated to coordinating interviews effectively, with a focus on professionalism and customer service. 

Responsibilities  

• Own the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate timely and efficient interviews. 
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders as needed to ensure a smooth interview process. 
• Develop strong and effective team relationships across Delivery Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions, e.g., HR PSC, Finance, etc.
