Junior Architect

JUNIOR ARCHITECT / ARCHITECT

The Architect shall be responsible to do the following tasks:

• Report to and directly coordinate with the Job Captain.
• Assist and lead the Junior Architects
• Execute Project Management tasks and/or lead the Junior Architects in completing project plans.
• Interpret sketches, plans and engineering drawings accurately.
• Prepare drafting works utilizing Revit or AutoCAD
• Manage multiple works with minimum supervision
• Researches, plans, designs, and documents building projects for the firm-client by performing the necessary drafting duties.
• Consult with the team to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
• Render support services to a design firm that is based in the USA.
