Junior Architect

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with clients, senior staff and consultants t gather, confirm and implement design requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Architectural Drafting for Contract Documents and implementation using Autocad(Revit is a plus) and compliant with the local building codes and ordinances
• 3D Modellng for presentations and visualization using Sketchup and rendering using Encpade. Lumion and other rendering tools)
• Responsible for researching, sourcing and selecting materials finishes that meet project requirements
• Coordinate closely with external engineering consultants (MEPF Structural) to integrate their design elements seamlessly
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and perform punch list inspections in Davao City and surrounding areas .
