Position: Junior Architect Experience: 1-4 years
Job Description:
Sketch, design, and create architectural plans, elevations, approval drawings, presentation drawings, construction drawings, and interior drawings.
Develop concept plans using Auto CAD and create renderings using Sketch Up & Enscape.
Assist with calculations of areas, quantities, and preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Participate in meetings with MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Assist in the research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
Occasionally visit the site to ensure that the executed work conforms to the drawings.
Interface with the Sr Architect & Principal Designer.
Architect Skills:
Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills....
