Salary: £29,878 - £32,423 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Apprenticeship Coach to join our dedicated team based at the Rhyl campus. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged 14‑16 who attend college as part of their statutory education programme. As a key member of the Junior Apprenticeship team, you will provide high‑quality pastoral care, guidance, and mentoring to empower learners to overcome barriers to learning and achieve successful outcomes.

You will provide dedicated pastoral and in‑class support to learners enrolled on Junior Apprenticeship programmes in the following sectors:

• Construction
• Health and Social Care
• Creative Industries
• Service Industries
