Junior App Support
This role ensures business continuity and prevents critical processes and software solutions from failing.
Responsibilities
Work with ServiceNow incidents, both automatic or raised by users
Follow detailed support protocols, workflow and outlines
Escalate cases based on complexity, priority and client requirements
Validate data on websites of financial organizations
Work with case sensitive data under tight SLA's
Requirements
2+ years of Level 1 experience in Application Support
2+ years of relevant professional experience (reporting with Power BI for at least 1 year), data analysis, data manipulation techniques
Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with clients
Ability to understand what macroeconomic category certain data may relate to
Self‐motivated personality and excellent problem‐solving skills, can‐do attitude
Nice to Have
ITIL knowledge
