Description: You are a detective investigating client web analytics data to shape our understanding of what is happening on their website.

Department: Analytics

Location: Remote Philippines (Bacolod)

Compensation: $800 - $1,200 / month

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Study client website data and create reports using Google Sheets, Analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics 4), CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Data Issue Analysis: Detect data anomalies and find root causes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Communicate with project managers to adjust key reports tailored to specific client needs.
  • Organization: Maintain a database of reports to ensure up-to-date documentation.
  • Opportunity Spotting: Use data analysis to find the best opportunities on the client page for A/B testing.
