Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior AI Developer to join our AI, Data Science & Online Analytics Team in a full‑time, one‑year fixed‑term role. The team delivers AI‑driven analytics and intelligent automation solutions across Posti’s logistics and digital services – including mail, parcels, warehousing, and freight. In this role you will contribute to real AI projects that support our operations and customers, building predictive models, experimenting with generative AI and large language models, optimizing logistics through machine learning, or developing intelligent decision‑support systems.
