Introduction

Our Client, a leader in the Retail industry, is seeking to appoint a Junior Admin Manager to manage the daily administrative and finance functions of the store, ensuring the organisation's activities run smoothly and efficiently by managing the support services. The ideal candidate will have completed an internship or training programme. 
Applicants must reside in and around Phoenix, Durban.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing team members and ensuring team success by providing support and coaching.
  • Drafting of monthly management accounts and trial balance.
  • Preparing cash flow projections daily.
  • Advising the management team regarding stock holding and store performance.
  • Completing the management of Creditor and Debtor accounts.
  • Bank reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies.
