- Processing invoices from service providers, materials, and consumables in the SAP system.
- _ Verifies that the tax receipts meet the requirements for deductibility in accordance with the tax laws._
- _ Problem resolution related to discrepancies that prevent and/or delay the correct and timely payment of our suppliers._
- _ Processing check requests and expense reimbursements for employees._
- _ Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts._
- _ Control and follow up on accounts receivable from employees for travel expenses._
- _ Prepares the tax to be paid to the State Government (Payroll Tax)._
- Preparation and presentation of annual and quarterly reports to the Secretary of Economy
- _ Prepares and monitors purchase orders for services._
- _ Reconciliation of IVA and income tax withholdings for individuals._
- _ Preparation of the informative declaration of operations with third parties. (DIOT)._
