Job Description

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate.
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
  • Computer literate.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BCom degree or another relevant accounting qualification.

Advantageous Software Knowledge

Experience with the following software will be beneficial:
  • Sage Payroll
  • Sage Accounting
  • GhostPractice

Beneficial Experience

Previous experience in the following areas will be advantageous:
  • Accounting up to trial balance.
  • VAT calculations and VAT submissions to SARS.
  • Payroll processing and submission of relevant payroll taxes to SARS.
  • Preparation and submission of Workman's Compensation returns.
