Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant Job Summary We are looking for a detail oriented Junior Accountant to support accounting and finance operations for two legal entities. The role includes Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), monthly and annual closing activities, banking transactions, VAT compliance, and ERP transaction management. Knowledge of Swiss accounting practices and SAP is preferred. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims. Ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts. Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queries. Accounts Receivable (AR) Generate customer invoices and track collections. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. Reconcile customer accounts. General Accounting & Financial Closing Perform accounting activities for two legal entities.
