Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or related field
  • Open to fresh Graduates

Responsibilities:

  • Help with organizing and updating client financial records into the accounting system
  • Assist in entering basic transactions such as invoices, payments, and purchase orders
  • Support in tracking daily or weekly cash balances as needed
  • Assist in preparing checks and monitoring outgoing payments
  • Help with payroll calculations and preparing government contributions
  • Provide support in bank statement reviews and simple reconciliations
  • Assist in gathering documents for monthly tax filing
  • Help with general accounting and admin tasks such as filing, encoding, or preparing basic reports
