Summary

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Junior Accountant will serve as an important member of the Finance Team. This position will be responsible for day-to-day input of financial transactions for clients. The Junior Accountant will have primary day-to-day responsibility on fixed assets accounting ensuring timely and accurate financial data and processing other accounting transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare of journal entries and accrual entries
  • Handle all fixed assets accounting
  • Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statements and supporting schedules
  • Processing transactions and performing month end accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling accounts
  • Back-up for accounts payable and accounts receivable accountants
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
