Tasks

  • Process accounting documents in line with procedures, accounting principles, chart of accounts, and cost center structures

  • Verify and obtain required approvals in accordance with internal procedures

  • Initiate creation and updates of vendor master data in accounting systems
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve open items

  • Analyze discrepancies between expected costs and incoming invoices; initiate corrections in internal systems or via supplier debit notes
