Job Description

  • Maintain and update all status of accounts receivables and payables
  • Prepare and manage financial statements such as invoice, quotation, etc
  • Coordinate with internal and external team to ensure accounting documentation
  • Support accounting teams for accounting administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of accounting working experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
