We are seeking a Junior Accountant (Dutch speaking) with exposure to real estate accounting to join our client in Amsterdam, our international client is one of the leading real estate companies in Europe focusing on the ownership and management of modern logistics and distribution properties. They are headquartered in London and Luxembourg, with regional offices in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Finland and Sweden.

Tasks and responsibilities of the Junior Accountant in Amsterdam

  • Financial Accounting
  • A-Z accounting for specific entities
  • Preparation of quarterly reporting in DUTCH GAAP/IFRS
  • Day to day accounting for various companies
  • Bank statements
  • Accruals and provisions
  • Preparation of interest calculation schedules
  • Maintain amortization / depreciation schedules if applicable
