What is my role?

As Junior Account Manager you will be guided to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with Channels Sales Managers team and all central functions.

What am I responsible for?

  • You serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • You build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • You will be guided and helped in negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • You develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and in future with executive sponsors
  • You ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs...
