JT4 SkillBridge Program - Programmer Internship About SkillBridge JT4 is partnered with the U.S. Department of Defense's SkillBridge Program, which is designed to provide internship opportunities to transitioning military personnel during their final 6 months of service, thus preparing them for a full-time civilian position once they separate. Note: This opportunity is open to transitioning military members only. Non-service members will not be considered for this position. JT4's SkillBridge Programmer Internship is a unique 60-90 day opportunity for transitioning service members to obtain thorough OTJ (on the job) training from JT4's top technical SME's.
