We are looking for a JSOC Site Support Analyst to provide technical support both remotely and onsite. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing incidents, performing system maintenance, and assisting users. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, proprietary software, virtual desktops, and mobile OS.
  • Manage incidents and document resolutions using request fulfillment and incident management processes.
