Roles & Responsibilities :
Collaboration:Act as a liaison between subject matter experts, IT, and operational teams to facilitate the smooth flow of do operations and address any issues that arise
Data Management:Oversee the collection, validation and integration of skill and role data from experts. Be responsible for data transfer and insertion from platform to platform. Use Excel and other reporting tools to manage and track requirements from stakeholders.
Documentation and Enabling:Develop training material, conduct training sessions whenever required, coordinate and manage communication channels and update documentation to ensure its reliability and audit proof.
