Jr. Training Specialist

Overview

Provides learning consulting and management of learning initiatives. Interfaces with leaders to determine training needs and requirements. Designs, develops and builds basic training programs. Effectively manages the training process.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of training methodology to create training outputs.
• Analyzes evaluation data.
• Train new hires and internal employees.
• Certify in process training and inspection required.
• Manage the training plan according to Company requirements.
