Agile Delivery & Facilitation
· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives etc).
· Ensure teams follow SAFe principles, Agile values, and software engineering excellence practices.
· Support teams in refinement, capacity planning, PI planning readiness and execution.
Team Coaching & Improvement
· Identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed improvements in velocity, predictability, and quality.
· Enable teams to improve DevOps maturity in cloud environments.
Delivery Coordination
· Track sprint progress, dependencies, and milestones using tools like Github Project/ Azure DevOps projects or JIRA .
· Remove impediments proactively by collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Ops, and Infra teams.
Stakeholder Management
· Work with US Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs across cloud initiatives.
