Job Description
We are a US-based marketing company specializing in door-to-door sales staffing. We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruiter to support our hiring needs for our door-to-door sales team and occasionally marketing roles. You will be responsible for conducting initial, group screening interviews for our door to door candidates. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude are crucial. Our determining factor of success in this role will be the retention rate of door-to-door candidates from the first round interview into the second round interview. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Pay range: $1,000/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Zoom interviews for door-to-door sales and marketing roles, following a provided script.
- Handle group interviews with 3 to 5 candidates per session, each lasting 30 to 45 minutes.
