This position reports to the Manager of Production Planning and Control of MTU Maintenance Canada’s jet engine overhaul and repair facility.The main responsibility of this position is the scheduling of the production tasks within MTU’s Accessory Shop division and liaise with the production department on the execution of the production schedule. Typical duties include sequencing, prioritizing, and monitoring production activities, as well as compiling reports and KPI data. Other duties include preparing data for status update meetings and developing minor process improvements.This is a junior position which includes training and development and is being offered on a fixed-term contract basis.Tasks:Be the point of contact for the Accessories Production Team (Team Leaders and Technicians)Plan, coordinate, and monitor accessory production activities and consult with more senior Production Planners on production activities spanning multiple work areasPrepare and communicate progress and sta...
