Job Scope

The position supports execution of operational activities related to order fulfillment and escalation management. It assists in identifying and resolving order issues by working with cross‑functional teams and contributes to maintaining operational efficiency through structured follow‑up, data analysis, and process support.

Responsibilities Assist in tracking and managing escalation cases and follow‑up activities to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate status and documentation of cases. Review order data to identify issues impacting execution (e.g., holds, shortages, missing information) and support identification of past‑due or at‑risk orders.
