Introduction

The Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer plays a critical role in accelerating our speed-to-market strategy by assisting with the successful transition of new products from concept and prototype through initial production. This position serves as a key driver of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring design readiness, manufacturability, quality, and cost objectives are achieved. By effectively managing prototypes and NPI programs, the Jr NPI Engineer supports operational excellence and serves as a gateway to future business growth and long-term customer success.
