Jr Network Administrator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the migration of network infrastructure
• Support day-to-day network operations under the guidance of senior network engineers
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including firewall, VPN, and routing-related concerns
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and validation of SD-WAN and SASE components
• Document network configurations, changes, procedures, and project progress
• Participate in testing, validation, and post-migration support activities
• Escalate complex issues in accordance with established incident management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in network administration or technical support
• Basic hands-on network equipment configuration experience required
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred)
