Jr. Learning Designer

We are hiring a
Junior Learning Designer
to join our small, high-impact Learning & Development team. This is a regional role, supporting multiple offices across the region in an organisation of 14,000+ employees.

You will help design and develop engaging e-learning experiences for both tech and non-tech colleagues, bringing creativity, visual flair, and fresh ideas to how learning is done—especially in the era of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Learning & Learning Design:

• Support the design and development of e-learning modules, microlearning, and digital learning assets
• Translate learning objectives into clear, engaging, learner-centred experiences
• Assist in storyboarding, content structuring, and basic instructional design tasks

Visual Design:

• Create and adapt visual assets (graphics, layouts, simple animations, videos, interactive elements)
