Hybrid: 50/50

Main Deliverables
- Lead change management activities for three concurrent finance transformation initiatives
- Support technical migration and transition projects
- Drive stakeholder adoption, training readiness, and business transition activities.
- Develop and execute change management plans aligned to project milestones.
Technical Stack
- Finance and Accounting systems - must be very familiar with accounting terminology and financial reporting processes
- Business Process Mapping methodologies
- Organizational Change Management frameworks (Prosci preferred)
- SAP S/4HANA and/or Kyvos - nice to have
