The most important thing is not years of experience, but the right attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to take ownership. Please note that a security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the chatbot environment with a strong focus on Google Tag Manager and JavaScript-based scripting.
- Ensure how, where, and when the chatbot appears, how it connects with other systems, and how the overall customer experience is built.
