JR. COST ACCOUNTANT AND MATERIAL DATA COORDINATOR

The Jr. Cost accountant and material data coordinator is responsible for entering and maintaining information in the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP) to ensure accuracy, including creation and extension of item codes, maintaining costs, and necessary updates.

What you will be doing

• Ensure cost is set up properly whenever new code is created or existing code extended.
• Review cost pricing and analyse variances.
• Support month-end activity and prepare reports as required.
• Review production variances on a periodic basis.
• Review factory cost analysis as required.
• Create and extend item codes in the Material Data Governance (MDG) portal, maintain master data documentation, and manage it centrally for Sika Canada.
