ABOUT THE JOB

The Junior Art Director supports the Creative Director in translating brand vision into polished, production-ready creative across campaigns, digital, packaging, social, and brand collateral. This role operates at the intersection of creative direction and hands‑on execution, taking concepts from brief to delivery with precision and a strong sense of craft.

This position reports directly to the Creative Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the Creative Director to develop and execute creative across campaigns, digital, packaging, social, advertising, and brand collateral
• Own graphic execution of projects from brief to delivery, including hands‑on design work and direction of freelance graphic designers to ensure work is on‑brand, on‑time, and held to a high standard of craft
