- Preparing Architectural and interior drawings as guided by the Principal Architect or the Project Manager.
- Reviewing & designing architectural and interior drawings when asked.
- Ensuring all drawings are compliant to Client requirements and site conditions
- Researching and maintaining knowledge of various materials, application methods & specifications.
- Monitoring the work of Subordinate Architects & making recommendations or scheduling meetings as required.
- Providing guidance to Sit Engineers, supervisors & Contractors like Plumber, Electrician, etc. and help them interpret the drawings and documents.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that the project requirements are met.
- Preparing BOQs for projects, and reviewing Measurements shared by Vendors/ Contractors.
