Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Open new business opportunities, set sales goals and develop sales strategies. Meeting the set and agreed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Set meeting with the potential clients. Prepare and send quotes and proposals. Managing and monitoring the sales process through specific software programs in place. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Building and maintaining a CRM (customer relation management) database. Participate in sales team and department meetings. Prepare and submit sales reports.
