Introduction:
The Business Development Consultant is responsible for executing strategic business initiatives and ensuring the successful rollout of new products, services, and processes across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between business development, sales, product, and operations teams, driving project delivery and supporting field adoption to achieve growth objectives.

+ Execute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
+ Manage timelines, and deliverables for field execution.
