Purpose

The successful applicant must be competent in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining surface mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting, installing, disassembling, repairing, and performing predictive and preventive maintenance on surface stationary equipment such as pumps, conveyors, crushers, mills, compressors, and rock breakers.
• Responsible for compliance with OSHA, corporate, and PGM environmental regulations, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with others to achieve organizational goals within the department and cross‑departmentally.
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of decision‑making.
• Provide own tools.
