As part of the Electrical Division, you will play a key role reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This position requires expertise in fitting weldments, operating welding machinery, and maintaining equipment. You'll also be responsible for mentoring apprentices, ensuring quality, and promoting a safety culture in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fit-up weldment per engineering specifications
• Set up CC and CV welding machines
• Perform complex welds and light equipment maintenance
• Operate plasma cutters and power tools
• Mentor and instruct apprentices in welding techniques
Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Journeyman’s Welder certification
