As part of our commercial service team, you will respond to service requests, utilize your skills for repairs and installations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also participate in an on-call rotation, addressing emergency plumbing needs as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete plumbing service requests from dispatch
• Explain technical issues to clients in simple terms
• Respond to emergency plumbing service promptly
• Follow safety guidelines throughout all job functions
• Collaborate with management to ensure service quality
Requirements:
• Journey status in plumbing recognized in Saskatchewan
• Active apprenticeship or prior plumbing experience required
• Some service experience preferred for apprentices
