Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Organize & maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems
• Install all materials, equipment, and systems in a proficient and correct manner in accordance with Specifications, Drawings, Site Instructions, Approved Change Orders/Directives
• Report directly to Superintendent for mentorship as needed
• Diagnose design issues regarding plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and/or components to identify problems and ensure design intent works properly
• Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange training, coordinate manpower pertaining to the contract with the developer / general contractor
